Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹150 will be charged for all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat rate of ₹200 will be charged for all COD orders.

These shipping charges are in addition to the product price and are non-refundable.

• Transit Time: 4-5 business days
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 working days

We use a weight-based pricing system for international shipping. The following charges are in addition to the product price:

We use DHL as our international delivery partner.

Import Duties and Taxes

• The shipping charges mentioned above are in addition to the product price. However, any import duties or taxes are separate and are the responsibility of the customer.
• If import duties are not paid by the customer, the product may be destroyed or abandoned by customs, and no refund will be issued for that order.
• Customers are required to pay any applicable duties within 2 days after the shipment arrives in their country.

Additional Charges

• Gift Wrapping: If requested, a charge of ₹50 per product will be added to your order.
• Address Change: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, additional charges may apply.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• For customized orders, cancellation is possible within 48 hours of placement.
• Once an order enters the customization process, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

• If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with a 5% deduction to cover transaction fees.
• For returns, shipping charges for sending the product back must be borne by the customer.
• A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For international returns, freight charges and custom duties are to be borne by the customer.
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Products must be shipped back within 2 days of receipt.
2. Email the courier receipt to support[at]vethiq[dot]com.
3. Ensure the original packaging is intact when returning the product.
4. Our team will conduct a quality check upon receiving the returned items.
