We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've established this customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange policy to ensure you get the perfect fit and style from our range of women's ethnic wear.

Eligibility for Exchange

1. Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
2. Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with all original tags and packaging intact are eligible for exchange.
3. Products purchased during sales, with discount codes, or using gift vouchers are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

1. To request an exchange, please email us at returns[at]buyin999[dot]com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
3. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
4. If approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at the following address: VETHIQ (A sub-brand of VETHIQ LUXURY PRIVATE LIMITED) B-26, Laxman Nagar Society, Kargil Chowk, Punagam, Surat - 395006, Gujarat, India.
5. Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Exchange Options

1. Size Exchange: If available, we will exchange your item for a different size of the same product.
2. Product Exchange: If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value.
3. Store Credit: If neither of the above options is suitable, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your returned item, minus any shipping charges. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

Refund Policy

As a company policy, we do not provide cash refunds on any products once sold. However, we offer the following alternatives:

1. Exchange for a different size or product as outlined in our Exchange Policy.
2. Store credit for future purchases, valid for one year.

Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
2. To cancel an order, please email us at orders[at]buyin999[dot]com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
3. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.
4. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us at support[at]buyin999[dot]com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
3. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
4. In cases where a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit for the full value of the product.

Important Notes

• Exchange is limited to one per order.
• We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.
• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Please allow 7-14 business days for processing exchanges and issuing store credits.
• VETHIQ is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process.
